Our Housing & What We Provide

At Valor Living, we offer more than a room — we offer a real home built on respect, stability, and independence.
Our housing is designed for adults who want structure without control, comfort without judgment, and affordability without sacrificing dignity

Housing Overview:

Each home comes with:
✔️A shared bedroom space (2 adults per room max)
✔️A full kitchen with basic appliances
✔️Standard living room furniture
✔️Onsite laundry
✔️Utilities included (water, electric, trash)
✔️Heating and air conditioning
✔️Basic furniture provided (bed, dresser, table)

Who Our House Is For:

We accept adults (ages 21+) who meet the following:

  • Can Live independently (no in-home medical care required)

  • Have a consistent source of income (job, SSI, SSDI, retirement, etc.)

  • Are respectful of shared spaces and others' peace

  • Do not use drugs or create unsafe environments

  • Are ready to move forward and maintain their space

We welcome:

  • Elderly seniors capable of self-care

  • Veterans capable of self-care

  • Working-class, individuals priced out of solo housing

  • Formerly incarcerated individuals ready to rebuild their lives

  • Homeless individuals with steady monthly income or benefits

What We Expect from Residents

Our Homes operate best with clear respect between everyone. All residents must agree to:
  • Maintain a clean personal space and shared areas

  • Respect housemates and quiet hours

  • No drugs, weapons, or disruptive behavior

  • No pets or children living in the home

We're not here to micromanage you, just to maintain a peaceful home.
