Before You Apply

Applicants should be:

  • 21 years or older

  • Able to live independently

  • Have steady income

  • Comfortable with shared housing

  • Willing to follow house rules

  • Drug-free while on the property

  • Respectful toward other residents

How the Application Process Works

  1. Complete pre-screening form 

  2. Valor Living reviews eligibility 

  3. Phone interview / follow-up 

  4. Tour or placement discussion 

  5. Move-in documents/payment 

  6. Move in if approved

Resident Application

For individuals applying for housing for themselves.

Referral Partner Form

For case managers, agencies, social workers, or organizations referring a client.
